Guidelines for ALL Vendors:
The Hayward Sports Center Director reserves the right to refuse service to any vendors that are not following the below guidelines -
Applications for Vendors are due by May 1st, 2024. Applications logged after May 1st, 2024 will be automatically put into "On-site Registration" Category (see description below).
Flea Market Hours are 8am - 3pm
All Vendors MUST be set up by 8am and remain set up until 3pm as advertised. The only exception will be to notify the Hayward Sports Center's Director in writing via email at Haywardscinfo@gmail.com
Later arrivals and/or early departures will not be allowed
Vendor set ups are the morning of the flea marketing starting at 6:30am (please keep the noise to a minimum, as to not disrupt the neighbors.)
Vendors are required to have on file (via Flea Market Application) with the Hayward Sports Center's office a State of Wisconsin Sales tax number and a Sales Tax Certificate or a place their Social Security Number on file with the Hayward Sports Center office.
The Hayward Sports Center will not be responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged items while left onsite. Please note that cameras are active in the building.
Due to Conditional Use Permit - NO DOGS of any size are allowed on Hayward Sports Center property.
The Hayward Sports Center Director reserves the right to refuse space rental if items sold do not fit the nature of the market.
Due to the nature of a flea marketing, the Hayward Sports Center cannot guarantee that another vendor will not have items similar to yours.
Treating other vendors with respect is expected.
Any packaged or prepared foods must be approved in writing to the Hayward Sport Center's Director via email at Haywardscinfo@gmail.com
Prohibited unless authorized by Hayward Sports Center Director:
No solicitation of vendors or shoppers
No distribution or display of posters, flyers, handbills unless directly related to items you are selling.
Prohibited Items and Activities:
NO Dogs are allowed, regardless of size. Exception: Licensed Service Dogs.
No Alcohol or Tobacco products
No Counterfeit items or unlicensed merchandise
No Firearms or ammunition. Knives must be in a locked display case.
No Fireworks
No adult books, magazines, videos or like materials.
No drug paraphernalia
No profanity
No garage sale type clothing. New and vintage clothing allowed.
No advertising signs may be placed within City limits by vendors due to City Sign Ordinance, only Hayward Sports Center authorized signs may be displayed.
No overnight camping allowed.

Indoor Seasonal Vendors:
The same vendor spot(s) are guaranteed for all 15 days the Flea Market is open
Payment in full is appreciated by the start of the Monday Flea Market. Payments can be arranged through this registration or application to the Hayward Sports Center’s Director.
Indoor Seasonal Vendor spots will be claimed on a first come first served basis
Indoor Seasonal Vendors are allowed to leave merchandise (at your own risk) set up throughout the season
Vendors must drape their items with some type of covering after Market is completed each Monday
Tables are available through this registration for and additional $90 for the season per table
No chairs are available
Electricity is available through this registration at an additional $90 for the season
Indoor Vendors may drive their vehicles into the building through back garage doors for set up and take down only. April 1st, 2024 a schedule for set up will be sent via email to any vendor who placed a deposit at the end of last season or who has registered via this registration form.
Carts will provided for Monday restocking
Vendor parking will be in the back of the building nearest the garage doors.
All items must remain within your allotted space. Vendors placing items in walkways will be charged for $100 per occurrence.
Vendor's who requested a specific space after last year's Market will be given first priority for spaces this year. All other spaces will be assigned by the Hayward Sports Center.
A seller's permit or your social security number on file is required via the Flea Market Application

10X20 = $786.00 seasonal (15 Flea Markets!)

Indoor Select Day Pre Registered Vendors:
Days must be selected and paid before the start of the Monday Flea Market
Vendors in this category are NOT allowed to leave merchandise
Vendors in this category are NOT guaranteed a specific space
Any vendors leaving merchandise at their spot will be charged daily rent for the week
Indoor Vendors must adhere to the other guidelines from above.
All items must remain within your allotted space. Vendors placing items in walkways will be charged for additional space. Vendors placing items in walkways will be charged for $100 per occurrence.
Vendor spaces will be assigned by the Hayward Sports Center
No tables, chairs or electricity is provided.
A seller's permit is required or the vendor’s social security number must be on file with the Hayward Sports Center Office through the Flea Market Application.
Vendor Booth Size and Pricing for Indoor Select Day Pre Registered Vendors:
10X10 = $38.00 per day registering
10X20 = $76.00 per day registering
10X30 = $114.00 per day registering
A $10 charge per week per spot will be assessed for Vendors who do not register before the date of the Market
Indoor Select Day - On Site Registration Vendors:
Registration will begin at 6:30am at the Hayward Sports Center Office.

Outdoor Vendors are on a first come first served basis day of if you have not paid for the season or Pre Registered as a Daily Vendor

In the case of inclement weather Outdoor Vendors will be given until 9:00 am to decide if they will be setting up for the day. Vendors who decide not to stay must be packed up and have space vacated by 9:30am. No refunds will be given after 9:30. Refunds will be given by contacting the Hayward Sport Center Director.
No tables or chairs are included. You may rent them by contacting the Market Director
Spots will be marked for Seasonal Outdoor Vendors and Daily Pre Registered Vendors
Any vendor who is setting up as a Single Day Vendor must check in at the Hayward Sports Center office at 6:30am and be assigned a spot.
Vendor spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis after 6:30am.
Vendor Booth Size and Pricing for Outdoor Seasonal Vendors (same as 2023!):
12X12 = $285.00 seasonal (15 Flea Markets!)
12X24 = $570.00 seasonal (15 Flea Markets!)
12X36 = $810.00 seasonal (15 Flea Markets!)
You will be given a refund if you decide by 9:30am that there is too much rain to stay
Daily rate refunds will only be given for rain and you must contact the Hayward Sports Center’s Director
Vendor Booth Size and Pricing for Outdoor Pre Registered Daily Vendors:
12X12 = $20 per day registering
12X24 = $40 per day registering
12X26 = $60 per day registering
You will be given a refund if you decide by 9:30am that there is too much rain to stay
Daily rate refunds will only be given for rain and you must contact the Hayward Sports Center’s Director
Vendor Booth Size and Pricing for Outdoor Daily - On Site Registration Vendors:
12X12 = $30 per day registering
12X24 = $60 per day registering
12X26 = $90 per day registering
You will be given a refund if you decide by 9:30am that there is too much rain to stay
Check in will be at the Hayward Sports Center Office starting at 6:30am, you will be assigned a spot. Spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

If you signed up to be a Vendor at the end of last season and placed a deposit, please DO NOT REGISTER here or with these downloaded forms, as you have already registered. Your first payment is due May 1st, 2024. If payment is not recieved by May 1st, your deposit will not be returned to you and your place will be forfeited.
